Arriving 10 - 15 minutes prior to class is beneficial for getting settled- in and in a 'yogi state of mind' before your practice begins. Please allow enough time to sign -in at the front desk and arrange your space. Many people take this time to meditate prior to the start of class.
Grounded students are strongly encouraged to bring their own mat to class. The mat is our sacred space and allows students to feel comfort and safety which in turn allows them to be present and mindful in their practice. Bringing personal mats also lessens the spreading of germs among school aged children. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class. Class will begin on time and the first 5 minutes of class are extremely important in getting Grounded!
All class passes and packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Unlimited packages begin on the date of purchase. Extensions to the Unlimited packages past the expiration date will not be given.
Please note: No shows and late arrivals will not be granted refunds or class pass credit.
Teachers may use gentle hands-on adjustments as an effective way to help you find integration and stabilization in a pose. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or discomfort prior to class. We will also respect your wish if adjustments are not welcome.
