Take time to decompress, relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and reverse the aging process.  During a Yin class, you will enjoy a system of passive floor poses held for long periods of time in order to maintain healthy connective tissues called fascia.  Students increase flexibility and circulation while healing the body.  Balance the yang with the yin!

Power Flow promotes circulation and ultimately reduces the risk of injury....plus, great for your heart and shedding those extra pounds!

Long, Slow, Deep Stretch

Focused stretching allows muscles to relax and lengthen, which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries and improved sleep.  Deep Stretch is a favorite for both beginner yogis and advanced practitioners alike. Offering both Heated and Unheated.

Gentle/ Slow Flow/ Beginners Yoga

Yoga postures can also help alleviate neck, shoulder, and back pain which often present themselves during this stage. Come to class with an open heart, a blanket, any familiar and comforting objects/toys your baby loves, your yoga mat and water.

The class will be broken down into 45 minutes of yoga class with baby, followed by 15 minutes of social gathering.  Share your experiences, meet new friends, feel supported and build your community.  Yoga experience is not needed to join this class. All fitness levels welcome! New moms should receive permission from their care provider to begin this or any exercise postpartum.
