In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to link one pose to the next. The instructor will guide you through a variety of postures seamlessly while using your breath to attain balance in the mind and body. No two classes are alike! Great for ALL levels!
Take time to decompress, relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and reverse the aging process. During a Yin class, you will enjoy a system of passive floor poses held for long periods of time in order to maintain healthy connective tissues called fascia. Students increase flexibility and circulation while healing the body. Balance the yang with the yin!
Power Flow is an energetic form of yoga where students move at a quicker pace from one pose to the next. You will build core strength, increase stamina and improve flexibility. Power Flow promotes circulation and ultimately reduces the risk of injury....plus, great for your heart and shedding those extra pounds!
Focused stretching allows muscles to relax and lengthen, which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries and improved sleep. Deep Stretch is a favorite for both beginner yogis and advanced practitioners alike. Offering both Heated and Unheated.
The Slow Flow and Gentle classes will offer students a slow paced flow class for all bodies and all levels. Beginners classes offer a more hands on approach to learn the poses, proper alignment, and breath work, as well as how to use blocks and bolsters to aide in your practice. You will feel welcome and fit right in as you begin your yoga journey with other new yogis.
Bikram Yoga’s twenty-six posture exercises systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended. Your instructor will guide you through 26 hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated environment. Studio is 90 degrees.
Inspired by the movements of yoga, pilates, ballet, aerobics, and strength training. This one-hour isometric workout features movements that will majorly improve posture, muscle definition, flexibility and help lower stress levels. This is a fusion class like no other! Class includes the ballet barre, light hand weights (optional), pilates ball, and work on your yoga mat. Modified for all fitness levels.
Cardio Barre is a unique, high energy/ no impact exercise class that combines barre work, lightweights, center floor and mat work with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the buttocks, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles, strengthen the body and leave you feeling strong and toned! A cardio workout is essential in maintaining heart health, burning fat, reducing risk of disease and increasing your overall mood and energy!
Channel your inner dancer! Plie, tondu, ronde de jamb and battement your way to a tone and fit dancer physique. You will spend about 30 minutes working at the barre, 15 minutes center floor and then enjoy a nice cool down and stretch on your mat. No need for ballet shoes, but always an option! This class is for all levels, beginners welcome and no previous dance experience required.
There is nothing better than sharing your yoga practice with your own little yogis. In this fast-paced world, take the time to slow down and spend some much needed family time together doing something every single member of the family can enjoy doing together. You will MOVE, you will LAUGH, you will CONNECT, you will LOVE! All ages welcome but geared toward ages 4-11!
Aerial yoga is a type of yoga which uses a silk hammock to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. You will be led through a 60 minute flow sequence on your hammock which will strengthen your core and improve your flexibility. At the same time, this class offers a fun and playful class environment where you can "fly" and let your inner child come out and play!
